Peri Peri Chicken Recipe
- Wash and let dry Chicken portions
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of chicken portions
- Baste chicken with Mozambique Peri Peri Sauce
- Place in Ziplock bag and let portion soak the sauce for a 2 hours—room temperature
- Grill or bake chicken evenly and add sauce.
- Serve chicken with desired vegetable and extra sauce
