Peri Peri Shrimp Recipe
- Wash shrimps with cold water and let dry
- Marinate with your choice of Mozambique Peri Peri sauce adding some salt, sprinkle some chilly flakes.
- Place in zip lock bag and let shrimps soak the sauce for a 1 hour-room temperature
- Pan fry or grill with some olive oil and toss until fully cooked
- Serve with rice, vegetables of your choice
- Use extra sauce for dipping
- Enjoy that tangy flavor of your shrimps
