Peri Peri Steak Recipe

- Wash and let dry steak portions
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of steak
- Baste steak with Mozambique Peri Peri Sauce
- Place in Ziplock bag and let portion soak the sauce for 2 hours-room temperature
- Grill the steak evenly and add sauce.
- Serve steak with desired vegetable and extra sauce
